Murphy’s Misfit Feirm is a family-owned farm and farm shop located in Fort Ann, New York. Our products include farm-produced, handcrafted, and locally offered goods, including products sold under our Misfit Maple and Misfit Apiary brands.
Our website and online store are operated using Shopify.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products. Because many of our products are agricultural, natural, seasonal, or handmade, variations may occur.
Product color, appearance, scent, texture, weight, packaging, flavor, and other characteristics may vary slightly between batches or seasons.
For example, the color and flavor of honey and pure maple syrup can naturally vary depending on the season and harvest. Raw honey may also naturally crystallize. These natural variations are not considered defects.
All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or change our product offerings without notice.
4. Pricing
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed unless there was an obvious pricing or technical error.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, delivery charges, or other fees will be shown when applicable.
5. Orders and Payment
By submitting an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
An order is not guaranteed until it has been accepted and processed.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders when necessary due to inventory shortages, payment issues, suspected fraud, technical errors, or incorrect pricing.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
6. Shipping and Local Pickup
Shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times may vary by product and destination.
Delivery dates provided by Murphy’s Misfit Feirm, Shopify, or a shipping carrier are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
For orders designated for local pickup, customers are responsible for collecting their orders according to the pickup instructions provided.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, incorrect addresses supplied by customers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Food and Agricultural Products
Certain products sold by Murphy’s Misfit Feirm, Misfit Maple, and Misfit Apiary are food or agricultural products.
Customers are responsible for properly storing and handling products after purchase or delivery.
Natural changes or variations in agricultural products do not necessarily indicate spoilage or a product defect.
Honey should not be fed to children under 12 months of age.
Customers with allergies, dietary restrictions, sensitivities, or other concerns are responsible for reviewing available product information before purchasing or consuming a product.
8. Handmade Bath, Body and Home Products
Our handmade products may vary slightly between batches.
Customers should review ingredient information and product directions before use. Discontinue use of a bath, body, cosmetic, or personal-care product if irritation occurs.
Candles must be used according to the safety instructions and warning labels provided with the product. Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep burning candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged products, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.
Certain products, particularly food and opened personal-care products, may not be eligible for return due to health, hygiene, or food-safety considerations.
